Dr Carlos Moretta

Oral Surgeon

Dr. Carlos Moretta graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2001 then went to accomplish a board Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2016. He is a faculty member in LLU School of Dentistry where he teaches Didactic and Clinical Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and local anesthesia. He is married to Dafne, a pulmonologist and Critical Care Physician at Loma Linda Medical Center and has three children, Gina, Denise, and Paula. He enjoys mission trips and baking pizzas in a pizza oven he built from scratch during the Covid Pandemic.

Dr Cecilia Reguly

Endodontics

Dr. Reguly graduated from Loma Linda University in 2006 and practiced as a general dentist in northern Los Angeles County for over 10 years. She then returned to Loma Linda to pursue her advanced training in Endodontics.  After finishing her training she stayed in Loma Linda University as an assistant professor in the Endodontics Department. She also joined the Army Reserves as a commissioned officer in 2015 supporting the Medical Support Unit as a dentist officer. Dr. Reguly is married and has 2 children. She is very passionate about health, personal growth, fitness, and nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends hosting dinner parties.

Genesis Keobounheung

Office Manager

Genesis started her dental career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2015 and has worked her way up to become an Office Manager. She loves everything about the dental field and strives to make the patients feel comfortable about their dental experience. She loves spending time with her husband and two very spoiled dogs. She spends her free time hiking with her dogs, reading or perfecting meals in the kitchen.
